How do you ensure the chocolates don't melt during shipping?
We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and thermal liners during warmer months. For regions with high temperatures, we include reusable ice packs to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect, solid condition.
Are your chocolates gluten-free or nut-free?
While many of our chocolates do not contain gluten or nuts as direct ingredients, all our products are manufactured in a facility that processes wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. We recommend checking the specific ingredient list for each product before consumption.
What is the shelf life of Bernard Callebaut® chocolates?
Our ganache-filled pralines and truffles are best enjoyed within 3 to 4 weeks of purchase. Solid chocolate bars and barks can last up to 6 months if stored in a cool, dry place between 15°C and 18°C (59°F - 64°F).
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Can I include a personalized message with my gift order?
Yes, you can add a custom gift message during the checkout process. We will print your message on an elegant card and include it with your order, ensuring no pricing information is visible on the packing slip.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error with your delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours for a resolution.
