This certified sustainable and natural unsweetened cocoa powder returns us to a simpler time of natural flavours and colours. It is natural cocoa powder, unlike most cocoa powder that is “dutched” (or alkalized) during its production.

You may encounter the flavours as being slightly strong or astringent, and for some recipes you may want to add baking soda or other ingredients to compensate.
